For your comfort and ours, for your first treatment, women will work with Anastassia and men will work with Bradley. We may then refer you to another therapist if we feel it is necessary.

Anastassia

I am Anastassia, also known as Ananda, which derives from the Sanskrit word for Bliss. It signifies your true essence, the profound peace found within your heart when you transcend the limitations of the ego and connect with your divine nature. Anastassia, on the other hand, carries the meaning of resurrection, reflecting my lifelong calling to awaken love and resurrect it within people's hearts.

I am here to assist you on your journey of healing and empowerment, guiding you towards self-discovery and acceptance of all aspects of your being. Together, we will release what does not serve you—beliefs that are not yours to carry, and physical discomfort that my caring touch can alleviate. While I can offer guidance, remember that true healing comes from within.

As social beings, we thrive in connection and community. It is my honor and privilege to join you on your personal path of growth and transformation. Having traveled extensively, my own journey has been one of profound self-realization and overcoming challenges. Four years ago, I was trapped in deep depression, navigating unfulfilling relationships and a sense of disconnection. However, through gratitude and self-reflection, I discovered the lessons embedded within my pain.

My illnesses became catalysts for profound change and growth. They led me to let go of everything and embark on a transformative journey to India, where I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and the pursuit of true inner peace. Through this path, I found my calling in yoga therapy and the healing arts, eventually meeting my husband in Thailand.

Every day, I continue to embrace personal growth and new insights. By practicing humble devotion, remaining open, and trusting in divine guidance, I have learned to see pain and illness as friends and guides on our personal journeys. Now, I am here to support you on your own path, empowering you with tools and practices to navigate pain, offering massage therapy, profound sessions of Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), and guiding you in releasing deep-seated emotions.

Together, we will release your issues from your tissues, working gently and patiently. I will design personalized yoga sequences, lead you through deep meditations and breathwork to balance your mind, and align your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Through our work, we will foster harmony in all aspects of your life.

I am here to work with you, creating a safe and welcoming space. Thank you for choosing Bliss Space as your sanctuary of healing and transformation.

Bradley

I come from a western medical background, completing a degree in Biomedical Science at UCL and studying a couple years of Medicine, however my passion for preventative holistic and spiritual healthcare led me on a more adventurous journey across the world.

I first experienced traditional healing practices whilst studying Zen Shiatsu in London in 2007, and from there in 2008 I studied Thai massage in Thailand for the first time. I wanted to train in as many types of massage as I could, without getting caught up in one particular style, keeping an open and inquisitive mind. This led me to study Swedish, Hawaiian, Hot Stone, Indian Head Massage, Remedial Massage, and ultimately back to Thailand and India many times to go deep into traditional Thai Healing, including different styles of Thai massage, abdominal chi nei tsang and tok sen, as well as sound and energy healing in India.

Along the way I had private trainings with many masters of massage and a physiotherapist. More recently in 2023 I spent time with plant medicine in Mexico, asking ayausca to teach me the traditional shamanic energy healing practices from that region with the Grandes Gattos lineage of shamans.

I guess I was always a bit more interested in the spiritual and shamanic forms of massage, where the focus is to reach a trance like state to allow the body to heal itself naturally, and to vibrate with a high frequency of loving energy to try and replace stagnant energies in the body, but at the same time my initial background in western medicine and enjoyment of Thai Massage does balance this out with more physical work.

As a student of the world, my massage treatments tend to be very dynamic, integrating many different styles of massage therapy with more shamanic aspects of energy healing. Occasionally this will result in me spitting or burping as energy is released from the body, especially when working with the abdomen which can hold a lot of emotions.

I am a practitioner of meditation and breathwork, and deep psychedelic work, having spent several months in vipassana meditation and with a regular breathwork practice, and often venturing into altered states to connect with the divine energy that flows through us all.
